Circuit of the Americas

Circuit of The Americas is a world-class 3.4-mile motor racing venue located just southeast of downtown Austin in Del Valle, Texas. The facility hosts top-tier international events like the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix alongside major motorsport and motorcycle races. Beyond the track, visitors can enjoy massive outdoor live concerts at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater and year-round fun at COTA Karting.

History

The Circuit of the Americas was built to bring Formula 1 racing back to the United States after a long absence. The project was spearheaded by a group of Texas investors, and the track was designed by renowned architect Hermann Tilke. Since its opening, it has become a prominent venue for international racing events.
