Tinker Field

Located adjacent to Camping World Stadium, Tinker Field is a historic landmark that long served as a Spring Training ballpark and civil rights site. Though the original grandstands were demolished in 2015, the open grounds remain operational as a major venue for events and music festivals like EDC Orlando. A memorial plaza on-site commemorates the area's baseball legacy and historic 1964 Civil Rights gathering.

History

Tinker Field was named after baseball hall-of-famer Joe Tinker and has a storied past dating back to 1914. It hosted spring training for Major League Baseball teams and was a beloved community gathering spot for numerous sporting and cultural events.
