Located in San Diego's East Village, Quartyard is an eco-friendly urban park constructed from repurposed shipping containers. It features an open-air beer garden serving local craft brews, rotated food options, a dedicated dog park, and space for community gatherings. History
Originally launched as a pop-up project in 2015, Quartyard was born out of a graduate thesis project by students from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design. Their vision was to create a public space that fostered community engagement and urban revitalization, which quickly became a reality and a beloved part of San Diego's downtown area.
