• The menu consists of four sections of plant-based food based on the four major cities in the Indian State of Gujarat, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, and Rajkot. Customers can mix and match the items from these sections to try different flavors. The wine list and beverage program are thoughtfully composed to complement the menu with cocktails drawing inspiration from the kitchen spice cabinet.
