Screamin' Mimi's is a family-owned restaurant that has been serving delicious pizza and subs since its opening in 2007. The business was founded by Louis "Big Lou" Cobello and his wife, Scarlet "Mimi" Cobello, after whom the restaurant is named. The legacy was later passed down to their children, Louie and Tara, who continue to run the business today.
