Located at Boeing Field south of downtown Seattle, The Museum of Flight is one of the largest independent air and space museums in the world. Visitors can view over 175 aircraft and spacecraft, including a Concorde, an M-21 Blackbird, and the original Air Force One jet. Interactive flight simulators, rich historical galleries, and the historic Boeing Red Barn offer an immersive experience for all ages.

History

Founded in 1965, The Museum of Flight began as a small collection of aircraft and has since grown into one of the largest air and space museums in the world. It features iconic aircraft, including the Concorde and the Space Shuttle Trainer.

Quick tip: Cross the pedestrian skybridge to visit the outdoor Aviation Pavilion, and consider visiting on the first Thursday evening of the month when admission is free after 5 PM.
