Legion of Honor

Perched atop Lincoln Park, the Legion of Honor displays over 4,000 years of ancient and European art inside a grand building modeled after the Palais de la Légion d'Honneur in Paris. Visitors can admire masterpieces by Auguste Rodin and renowned European painters alongside ancient antiquities. The stunning hilltop location also offers panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Pacific Ocean.

• Visitors will be delighted by the amazing art collection and the museum building with beautiful surroundings. The museum showcases many famous artworks including many Auguste Rodin sculptures, Claude Monet paintings, and Pablo Picasso and Van Gogh paintings. There is also ancient art from the Egyptian, Greek, and Roman empires. Enjoy the organ concert at 4 pm every Saturday.
