Millennium Park & Cloud Gate

Located in downtown Chicago, Millennium Park is a vibrant civic space filled with world-class public art and architecture. Its centerpiece, Anish Kapoor's "Cloud Gate" (famously called "The Bean"), reflects the dramatic city skyline across its seamless stainless steel surface. Visitors can also explore Crown Fountain, the Lurie Garden, and live performances at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion.

Check out the free Chicago Jazz music festival if visiting during labor day and the free movies in the park on a massive screen at Jay Pritzker Pavilion from mid-summer through early fall.
