Opened in 2012 by the Oropeza brothers, Bolivian Llama Party serves modern Bolivian food for the discerning NYC palate. It has been recognized for its innovative take on Bolivian cuisine by the NY Times, Eater, Gothamist, CNN, TimeOut, and many more. It first got its recognition in Smorgasburg where the Oropeza brothers served their family’s recipes. The brothers share the dream to bring worldwide recognition to the rich culinary history of Bolivia through the fun and creative efforts of their craft.
They serve pretty sizable portions.
- Bolivian Llama Party serves traditional Bolivian salteñas (a bigger version of empanadas) and famous Silpancho. There is also a wide selection of menu items for any time of the day including Papitas, Bolivian sandwiches, meat bowls, salads, soups, briskets, mac & cheese, juices, etc.
