Okonomi is a Japanese cuisine offering regional seafood, ramen, and traditional Japanese set meal options. This place had its humble beginnings. Chef Yuji Haraguchi used to cook ramen staff meals at Roberta's (his former workplace). The food was so delicious that it eventually had its place in the form of Okonomi. The place offers a seasonal menu chosen by the chef. They practice healthy cooking techniques without the use of butter or oil. Their staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Okonomi serves a traditional set breakfast and lunch menu and Ramen Noodles for dinner.
Mazemen (Ramen without any broth) is their famous dish.
- Breakfast Bento box is a good option for starting the morning with a delicious meal. Oko Donburi (Rice bowls with 7-grains) is equally satisfying.
- Ichiju Sansai served is delicious; it consists of the rice bowl, a miso soup, a piece of cooked fish, and three small sides. Everything cooked is in hot water or torched or roasted without butter and oil.
- At the time of this writing, they only offer take-out and delivery. Seating is currently not available. Order ahead to save time.
