Domenico De Marco, or "Dom", opened Di Fara Pizza in 1965 after emigrating to Brooklyn from the Province of Caserta in Italy. Each pie of pizza is handcrafted by the master himself, Dom, who spent over 53 years perfecting his pizza. With several of his children supporting him in the kitchen, this legend still cooks at the age of 82. Many of the ingredients are imported from Italy and form a taste that can't be replicated. In his piping hot retro oven, Dom has each mouthwatering pie ready to be devoured in just minutes.

Non-Solo Piada is an Italian restaurant serving popular Italian street food (Piadine, Cassoni, Piadizze, Pasta, etc. ) and breakfast. This place was born from the desire of the chefs Sami Iriti and Alex Pava to bring The real PIADINA in New York City and in the US. Piadina is a thin Italian flatbread typically prepared in the Emilia Romagna region in Italy. Cassoni is like a pocket, closed and sealed, remains very cheesy inside. The main ingredient is the mozzarella cheese which is melting with the rest of the ingredients. Piadizze is like a pizza, but the crust remains ultra-thin and crunchy. Their goal is to enlighten their patrons by offering fresh and delicious high-quality Italian street food in a lovely ambiance.
