This place was born from the desire of the chefs Sami Iriti and Alex Pava to bring The real PIADINA in New York City and in the US. Piadina is a thin Italian flatbread typically prepared in the Emilia Romagna region in Italy. Cassoni is like a pocket, closed and sealed, remains very cheesy inside. The main ingredient is the mozzarella cheese which is melting with the rest of the ingredients. Piadizze is like a pizza, but the crust remains ultra-thin and crunchy. Their goal is to enlighten their patrons by offering fresh and delicious high-quality Italian street food in a lovely ambiance.
